Responsibilities:

This position is based in the HR shared service centre providing human resource administrative services to internal employees in South East Asia.

Assist in the deployment of policies and procedures and handle the day-to-day and end-to-end transactional processing pertaining to employee's life cycle (i.e. new hire, confirmation, internal transfers, secondment, overseas posting, employee contract administration and payments, cessation of service, etc.) to meet business areas/internal employees expectation.

In general, the candidate will be responsible for providing the full spectrum of human resource support to the businesses and any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
2 year(s) of related working experience in human resources in an MNC
Good knowledege of labour laws and basic tax laws
Hands on and can-do attitude
Strong multi-tasker
Analytical

Salary reanges from $2400 to $3000 depending on your experience, exposure and qualifications.
